Returns & Exchanges

All Falco products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new Falco gear within the first 30 days after purchase, we will gladly replace or exchange any product. All unworn products may be returned for a full refund. Falco offers free shipping on returns of items purchased on that are shipped to U.S. addresses.

To return items purchased on (U.S. shipping address)

Unworn Items or Defective Items Only
To return an unworn item (or defective) for a refund, please use its original packaging and return it within 30 days. Please send back the duplicate packing slip included in your original shipment.
  • Email us at (title your email “Return”) with your order number and reason why you are returning your item (We love your feedback!). Do not contact us by responding to your shipping notification email. We do not receive email notifications from our shipping emails and your message will go unread. Please open a new email to ensure we receive your message! 
  • We will then email you a return label. 
  • Please package it in its original packaging.
  • Expect to receive a credit within 5-10 business days.
  • Mail your return through the U.S. Postal Service.

To exchange items purchased on

If you would like to exchange a worn product (products that no longer have the hang tag on them and/or has been worn while exercising), within 30 days of purchase, please follow the steps below.
  • Place a new order online.
  • Then follow our return instructions above to send back the original item for a refund, please title your email "Exchange".
  • There is a limit of one exchange per initial order.
